In the period from September 20-21, 2022, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry - Vratsa held a Forum "Improving business linkages between Bulgarian and Moldovan business organizations", part of the "Creative Call for innovative solutions" project, under the EU4Business: Connecting Companies program, an initiative of the European Union , managed by EUROCHAMBRES, with lead partner Chamber of Commerce and Industry – Vratsa and partner, Organization for Enterpreneurship Development, Moldova (ODA).
The Forum was attended by representatives of BSOs from Moldova and Bulgaria, aiming to establish future business relations between the two countries, as well as to discuss the new services that have been developed during the implementation of the project.
During the first day of the Forum, a report was presented - "Investigation of the conditions for the development of the creative industries" in Bulgaria and Moldova, which was the basis on which we upgraded the services provided by the BSOs in both countries.
Also, the partners from Moldova, together with the delegation they accompanied, had the opportunity to visit the "Vratsa Software Society", where they got acquainted with the services provided to businesses and other recipients, and a meeting for future cooperation in the field of creative industries was held.
During the second day of the Forum, the two new services resulting from the implementation of the project were presented. One service is the elaborated "Marketing Strategy", which aims to improve the export of services and products between Moldova and Bulgaria in the field of creative industries. The second service that was developed is the "Innovation Assessment Tool". Through this tool, on the one hand, the aim was to investigate what is the capacity of employees to use their creativity, and on the other hand, the management staff to provide the opportunity for their employees to be as creative as possible in their work. Both services are part of an online platform created under the project, which also provides information on the development of the creative industries in the two countries, Bulgaria and Moldova.
